This is my day job:

And this is my night “job” (more of a hobby, really!):

I’ve been vegan since 2003. This is my first blog, inspired by the Vegan MoFo!  As a chemist I hope I have something fun to offer to the veg and food community and I will try to incorporate a little science into my posts every once in a while.
